Collected in celebration of the theme chosen for the Writers’ Guild of Alberta conference in 2007, these poems explore the keen interest writers have in praising and preserving this land, currently called Alberta.
My poem, “Through Rose-Coloured Goggles,” describes the thrill and perspective of a moving mountain view – the view from a ski lift chair. This book was featured on CBC Radio’s Daybreak Alberta, and was a Calgary, Alberta bestseller.
